Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the goods must:
- have been purchased within the applicable return period;
- be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received;
- not show signs of use beyond handling reasonably necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods;
- include original packaging where reasonably possible; and
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions where permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring returned goods are properly packaged.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or earlier where required by law).
Where legally required, any standard outbound shipping charges paid by the customer will also be refunded.
Additional shipping upgrades, expedited shipping charges, customs handling fees, and similar optional service costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

Where goods are defective or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our control, any resulting return shipping, customs handling charges, courier fees, or similar costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
