Order Fulfilment
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days from confirmation of payment.
Delivery transit times are additional to fulfilment time and vary depending on destination and carrier performance.
All orders are currently fulfilled from Zurich, Switzerland.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery destination, package characteristics, and applicable shipping method.
Orders are generally shipped using FedEx International Connect Plus or equivalent courier services.
Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout for reference.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
For consumer orders, applicable import duties, VAT, and customs clearance charges are calculated and collected at checkout.
These charges are prepaid as part of your purchase, meaning no additional duties or taxes should be payable upon delivery.
Consumer shipments are generally handled using a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) or equivalent prepaid landed-cost shipping model.
For business-to-business orders, different customs and shipping arrangements may apply.
Importer of Record
Where required by applicable customs regulations, the customer may be designated as the importer of record, with customs clearance handled by our logistics partners on the customer’s behalf.
Delivery Issues
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or materially delayed, please contact us promptly at:

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, any resulting shipping, return, customs, or carrier handling charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us for reasons outside our control, including failed delivery attempts or customs non-cooperation, any resulting shipping, return handling, customs, or carrier charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
